Chris Sadler - Managing Director

Chris Sadler - Managing Director

With 25 years experience in equipment leasing, receivable and asset based lending, golf course and equipment financing, aviation lending, energy management funding and various forms of structured financing, Mr. Sadler brings a broad background of commercial lending experience to LiftCapital. He has participated in IPO's, privatizations and management buyouts. He has managed Canadian and foreign owned financial institutions with assets, combined of over $3 billion US. Mr. Sadler has extensive experience in Vendor program management and syndication of larger, structured financing.

Peter McDonald - Managing Director

Peter McDonald - Managing Director

With over 30 years experience in equipment and vehicle leasing, structured financing, aviation lending and golf course mortgaging, Mr McDonald's career has involved IPO's, management buyouts, workout management and debtor in posession funding. Mr. McDonald's management responsibilities have included Canadian and foreign owned financial services companies as well as his own businesses. Over a 30 year period he has directly managed the origination and servicing of over $1 billion in commercial leases and loans. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the CFLA.

Douglas Chau - Executive Vice President, Finance & Administration

As a C.A. with over 20 years managing the financial and administrative systems for some of Canada's largest non- bank commercial lending institutions, Mr. Chau provides LiftCapital with the financial acumen necessary to operate a successful business and the knowledge to ensure that LiftCapital's portfolio administration and customer service levels are consistently maintained at levels above industry standards.

Doug McKenzie - Vice President Sales

Doug McKenzie - Vice President Sales

Doug's 12-yr industry experience includes roles as Syndication Manager for National Leasing Group and Senior Manager of GE Capital Canada's Franchise Finance Foodservice program. Doug has overseen over $1billion in commercial financings and enterprise valuations across multiple asset classes and industry sectors. Extensive experience in structured cash flow, commercial real estate, FFE& leaseholds, new build construction, leveraged M&A, growth capex, and sale leaseback transactions. Proven ability to build and lead strong teams and define new market segments. Doug's education includes an MBA and MA in International Relations.

Mike Cole - National Account Manager


Mike Cole - National Account Manager


With a background in sales training and entrepreneurship Mike is ideally suited to handle the many needs of LiftCapital's current and future clients. He holds an Honors BA in Business and Conflict Resolution from the University of Waterloo. He currently manages key national accounts and works in a business development role to secure new relationships with vendors across the country.

Brenda Yalowica - Vice President, Investment Control

With over 15 years experience in the banking and leasing industry, including Hongkong Bank of Canada, AT&T Capital, and Associates Capital Limited, Ms. Yalowica has spent the last 10 years in the roles of documentation audit, funding and syndication. Her knowledge of documentation and PPSA enables swift turn around of deals resulting in the timely payments to suppliers while ensuring a secure position for LCC.

Customer service in financial services requires the dedication of employees to providing customers, vendors and suppliers with accurate, timely information. Mrs. Grosso's experience with sales, systems and contract administration provide LCC with customer service management that is not one dimensional.

Kim Braithwaite - Manager, Sales Support


Kim Braithwaite - Manager, Sales Support


Kim has worked in sales, marketing and funding support roles with AT&T Capital, Bombardier Capital and TD Asset Finance. Her management of the documentation process and her experience in working with customers and suppliers enables LCC to provide consistent, effective loan and lease processing.
